Dear participants of the Symposium of the International Dostoevsky Society in Nagoya,
Welcome to the Symposium!
Travel company “JAPAN-RUSSIA TRAVEL SERVICE CO., LTD.”, as the official travel agent appointed by the Organizing Committee for XVIII Symposium of the International Dostoevsky Society in Nagoya, will provide the following services：
1. Acceptance of registration of participants (acceptance of payment of the registration fee, applications and payment for participation in the gala reception);
2. Travel services (hotel booking, presentation of documents for visa support, excursion programs, other travel services according to individual wishes).
At the moment, the Government of Japan prohibits the entry of foreigners into the country without special circumstances.
In this regard, our company will carry out the necessary procedures for the admission, registration of participants and the provision of travel services in the following order (depending on changes in the situation with the coronavirus, the order of registration points for participants and the content of travel services may vary):
1. Providing information about official hotels;
2. Providing information about the gala reception;
3. Providing information on excursion programs;
4. Providing information on the necessary procedures for entering Japan. (Information will be provided only from the moment of permission to enter the country, according to the rules of the Government of Japan).
5. Acceptance of applications for participation in the gala reception, excursion programs, hotel reservations, submission of documents for visa support of participants (in the order of priority of the countries whose citizens will be allowed to enter Japan).
6. Acceptance of payment (acceptance of payment from participants can be carried out from abroad through PayPal or bank transfer, in Japan only by bank transfer).
Any updates on the above procedures will be sent to all symposium participants by e-mail, and details of the changes will be posted on this website.
